Biography
With a background spanning 18 years in childhood and early childhood education, Jess has assumed roles such as teacher, tutor, administrator, curriculum developer, and operations director for a Jewish Community Center. In the beginning of her career, she received her undergraduate degree in childhood education and her masters degree in early childhood education, while also obtaining her professional NY state teaching license. She has worked in NYC, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley.
Through her extensive background in progressive education, Jess believes students learn best through a hands-on, creative, multi-sensory approach. She is steadfast in her commitment to infuse Jewish education with elements of joy, fun, and a strong sense of community.
