Tending to our Bodies with Robin Bahr deStefano & Nancy Meyers
When we get overwhelmed, we can get in our heads and disassociate from our bodies. A tried and true way to lower anxiety is to get back into our bodies. Robin Bahr deStefano and Nancy Meyers, of St. Paul & St. Andrew, will lead us in a 45 minute session to help us tend to our bodies in what could be a very stressful day. They will draw from physical therapy exercises, Pilates, and Yoga to help us move, stretch, and strengthen.
