Join Aviv for our first Havdalah of 2022! Together we’ll close Shabbat, welcome in the new week, and hear from our incredible guest speaker, Abby Stein. She will be touching on her experience as a Trans woman growing up in and eventually leaving the Hasidic community in Brooklyn, the intersection of LGBTQ and Judaism, and much more. This is an event you don’t want to miss.

Please note that this event is scheduled to take place in person, but is subject to change in accordance with BJ’s Covid protocols. As always, proof of vaccination and mask wearing will be mandatory at all times. We will be requiring KN95, N95, or surgical masks, cloth masks will not be accepted. We hope to have rapid tests available, but as folks know, supply is limited. If you are able to, please provide proof of a negative rapid test taken within 24 hours of the event.
