Aviv Thanksgiving Shabbat and Challah Tasting

Come join Aviv for Kabbalat Shabbat services, challah tasting, and Thanksgiving dinner! Together we will get a chance to learn about the significance of challah on Shabbat, get to taste a variety of flavors of challot, and enjoy a yummy all-side-dish Thanksgiving dinner. Because let’s be honest, the best part of Thanksgiving is the side dishes, not the turkey. If you love to bake and want to bring your own homemade challah for folks to try, please do so and just make sure that all the ingredients used are Kosher!

Please note you must register separately for Kabbalat Shabbat—choose “West Main Level” when you’re registering, we’ll be sitting together on the left near the windows!

Proof of vaccination is required. Please bring printed proof of your vaccination to this event.

This event will be taking place outdoors on our rooftop terrace. While we will have several heat lamps to keep us warm, please dress appropriately for the weather!
