Prayer At Home

Shabbat Livestream

We continue to broadcast Shabbat services via our Livestream (YouTube, Facebook, and bj.org/live). BJ members can find the link to the members-only Zoom in the weekly Toward Shabbat email. (If you can’t find your link, email us).

Kabbalat Shabbat is streamed Fridays at 6:45PM, Shabbat Morning services are streamed at 9:30AM.

Daily Minyan

Through our daily minyan, there are opportunities each day to gather in virtual community, maintain a spiritual practice, while supporting those in our midst who are saying Kaddish. We invite you to visit our Calendar of Services to learn about the specific times of today’s minyanim. All daily minyanim take place on the Zoom platform.

If you are experiencing any trouble with setting up Zoom on your computer, tablet, or smartphone, explore our guide to using Zoom

Join us in person for morning minyan in the Sanctuary on Mondays, Thursdays, and other special days with Torah reading.

Virtual Havdalah and Ma’ariv

Join us on Zoom each week as we bring Shabbat to a close as a community. Please note that the start time is later each week as the end of Shabbat gradually shifts.

Prayer at Home Resources

If you would like to follow along with our services from home, the Rabbinic Assembly has made Siddur Lev Shalem (Shabbat) and Siddur Sim Shalom (daily minyan) available for download as a PDF via this form. If you would prefer a physical copy, the siddurim are available for purchase via the Rabbinical Assembly website.

Resources for Families

We are excited to share online resources with our families for prayer at home. These include source sheets from our Hebrew Coordinator, Alex Hamilton, as well as companion videos from Michael Harlow.
