Dava Schub
Biography
Dava Schub has 30 years of experience leading and growing cultural organizations and nonprofits. Dava is the CEO of the Children’s Museum of Manhattan, prior to which she served in a variety of leadership roles at the JCC in NYC, Connecticut, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
Dava served for more than a decade as the co-chair of the BJ/SPSA shelter on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, and serves on the boards of directors of West Side Campaign Against Hunger and JCC Global. She received her BA from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Masters from Yeshiva University School, School of Social Work, with a focus on community organizing.
And Dava is mom to Benna, who has joyfully bounced her way through the aisle of BJ since she was a baby!
