Biography

Dana has been a member of BJ since 2010 and became more active when her daughter, Tahlia, was born in 2016. She joined the Young Families committee in 2018, and then served as the Co-Chair for the Young Families retreat and eventually became Co-Chair of the Young Families Committee. She currently serves on the Family Life and Learning committee, and joined the BJ Re-Entry Task Force in August of 2020. Dana has a BA from Tufts University, and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.  She’s spent the majority of her career in training and organization development, human resources, leadership development, learning management, and large-scale HR information system implementations in the public and private sectors.  Dana also spent five years working at UJA Federation NY developing lay leaders and then as a Planning Director. Dana lives on the Upper West Side with her daughter, Tahlia.
