Important Update for In-Person Programs and Services at BJ
We are pleased that we are able to safely re-open our Sanctuary without capacity restrictions.
In consultation with our COVID-19 Re-Entry Task Force, effective the Shabbat after Purim, March 18, BJ will not require masks, including at Shabbat (however, we are considering a mask-only section). Kadima@BJ will become mask-optional as of April 5, but all Early Childhood services and programs will continue to require masks until further notice. The vaccination and booster requirement, for those eligible, will continue to be in effect.
For more details, please read the announcement from Colin Weil, executive director.
Please keep in mind that for all in-person events and services, vaccination and boosters are required for all those who are eligible.
As a reminder, the following changes are still in effect:
- Pre-registration for in-person Shabbat services is still encouraged and there are no capacity restrictions. If you are unable to register before Shabbat, you are still welcome to join us and will be registered on-site by our check-in team.
- Morning minyan on Mondays and Thursdays has returned to being in person.
