Rabbi Yael B. Ridberg (Marshall T. Meyer Fellow 1996-1998) has served as the rabbi of Congregation Dor Hadash in San Diego, California, since 2010. She is the past president of the San Diego Jewish Academy Board of Trustees and is also a past resident of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical Association. Rabbi Ridberg was the first Marshall T Meyer Rabbinic Fellow before becoming a rabbi for West End Synagogue in New York. She is a sought-after teacher and speaker, and her writings have appeared in Times of Israel, Kveller, and Huffington Post. Rabbi Ridberg lives in La Jolla, California, with her husband and four children.
