Join Rabbi Chaim Seidler-Feller for an exploration of “Revelation as the Sacred Marriage Between Israel and Torah”: A Love Story for the Generations (Shavuot).
The Tikkun Leyl Shavuot ritual that has spread across the Jewish world as an all-night vigil emerges out of the 16th C Safed mystical community. Drawing on teachings from the Zohar and on a kabbalistic Ketubah for Shavuot (in our family collection), this session will establish the Tikkun as a preparatory ritual for the ceremonial bonding of Israel with its life-long partner, the Torah.
