Calling Emerging Artists
All events in seriesThrough the years, BJ has been interested in exploring Judaism through various lenses: music, spiritual practice, ritual, study, and more. Through our Race and Us initiative, Jewish Home Project, social justice work, and other programs, we have begun to explore the vast diversity of the Jewish people. With the hopes of continuing to share stories and perspectives, BJ is inviting visual artists in their 20s and 30s, whose work explores Judaism, Jewish identity, or Jewish values, to submit their art for consideration to be hung in the gallery space of our Community House.
We will host an opening night social gathering for the public to view your work, which will be exhibited in our gallery space.
Please submit a brief bio, a cover letter explaining the connection between your art and Judaism, and a link to a digital portfolio.
Submissions due Friday, March 6.
Email Sarah with any questions.
