Sending our children to college is a major life milestone—both for them, and for us as parents. However, we never imagined that our kids would be confronting such complexity of life on campus as Jews as they are in these times: post-October 7, with the ongoing war in Gaza and campus protests. So many issues are at play and, as parents, we have to not only navigate our own feelings on these subjects, but also figure out what our young adult children do and don’t need in a given moment. Rabbis Roly Matalon, Felicia Sol, and Becca Weintraub are here to be in conversation with parents at this fraught moment.

Join us at SPSA, using the entrance on 86th Street between Broadway and West End Avenue. Bring a dairy vegetarian snack to share!

This event is open to BJ Members only.
