Cancellation policy: Reservations must be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid any penalties.

The Hotel Beacon is extending a group discount to BJ guests through the use of a promo code when reservations are booked online. See that step below for more details.

• Go to the Hotel Beacon website and click Book Now.
• Select your dates of stay:
  • Click on the date you want to check-in.
  • Click on the date you want to check-out.
• Click on Special Codes and Rates. (If you’re using a computer, look under the date box; if you’re using a smartphone, scroll down.)
• Select Promo Code (be careful not to select Group Code) and then enter the Promo Code.
  • The promo code “GROUP” can be used by any BJ Shabbaton attendee.
  • The promo code “BIS” can be used if you sign up for the Beacon Insider loyalty program (no fee, but you may be added to a mailing list).
  • You can use only one Promo Code when booking a reservation (either “GROUP” or “BIS,” but not both).

• On a computer, click APPLY, then click SEARCH. On a smartphone, click APPLY, then UPDATE.

• Proceed with your selection of a room and follow the prompts for payment.

Reservations may also be made by calling 800-572-4969 or by sending an e-mail to reservations@beaconhotel.com. Ask for a booking using Promo Code “Group” or mention that you are a Beacon Insider and both options will be quoted to you. 

Please note: There is no cut-off date for reservations, but the Beacon is likely to sell out well before the Shabbaton. Please plan accordingly.

Cancellation policy: Reservations must be cancelled by 3:00 PM ET at least two days prior to arrival to avoid a charge.

BJ Shabbaton group rates for Hotel Belleclaire expire November 15, 2023.

The BJ Shabbaton default dates will be displayed (Check-in Friday, December 8 / Check-out Sunday, December 10) and the room rates will reflect BJ’s discounted group rate. 

The Belleclaire block for BJ includes optional extra days, so if you want to check-in one day earlier or check-out one day later, your reservation can include Thursday and/or Sunday nights at the same rate.

• If you’re using a computer, click Check-in and the reservation calendar will appear. 
• If you’re using a smartphone (or a computer with a small browser window), click on Your Stay to view the calendar.
• Select your dates of stay:
  • Click on the date you want to check-in.
  • Click on the date you want to check-out.
• Once your dates are selected, click Search to confirm dates and proceed to the Select a Room screen. (On a smartphone or a computer with a small browser window, click Update.)
• The rooms available at discounted rates for BJ Shabbaton will be displayed. Click Book Now to choose your room. 
• Follow the prompts for payment.

• The rooms available at discounted rates for BJ Shabbaton will be displayed. Click on the room name for details and rates. Click Book Now to choose your room. 
• Follow the prompts for payment.
