Led by Rabbi Roly Matalon and Music Director Dan Nadel, this three-part experience features Join Rabbi Shuli Passow and Rabbi Marc Margolius from the Institute for Jewish Spirituality in a contemplative journey in cultivating inward and outward compassion to fuel the spiritual work of teshuvah (returning to our best selves). Balancing learning and guided and silent meditation, we will invite contemplative spiritual practice to root and guide us toward the High Holy Days. No previous experience with meditation or formal Jewish learning is necessary.
